Happy Chinese New Year - It is the Year of the White Metal Rat!
The year of the white metal rat is a year of renewal. There is nothing more exhilarating than living a life of constant self-renewal. Self-renewal is your life moving forward, shedding what no longer serves you while stepping ahead to your most authentic self.
As today is the first day of the Chinese New Year, I ask you to evaluate your own plans for renewal. Are there any habits, behaviors, or relationships that will no longer serve you during this period of renewal. Visualize stepping ahead in your year of renewal and rebirth. What does that look like for you? Everyone has a different journey and I honor that journey in you in the two mantras below:
