Gratitude is a divine attitude in the wisdom traditions. It takes you out from the ego self and takes you into the higher self. That higher state of consciousness initiates self repair, self-regulation and healing.
I know practicing gratitude is hard. It is easy to get caught up in the things we don’t have. Everywhere we turn, we’re reminded of how little we have rather than how much we have to be grateful for. I encourage you to take a step back and allow yourself to look at things differently, to see everything in a new light and to gain a new perspective. There is always something to be grateful for whether it be amazing friends and family, food on your table, a roof over your head or ones health. It's Time To Practice Gratitude this November!
